Maintenance Technician, 1st & 2nd Shift
This individual will be required to do the repair of CNC production machinery as well as physical facilities upkeep. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Duties, Responsibilities, and Functions:
CNC machining repair
Experience in troubleshooting PLC’s, HVAC, and in dealing with 3 phase power is desired
Troubleshoot issues with equipment and facilities
Perform a variety of electrical and mechanical trade functions to include installation, maintenance, upgrade and repair of equipment
Wire power and controls for machines. Repair and upgrade as specified
Understanding preventative maintenance programs and the development of those programs
Reassemble equipment and tests performance as needed
Respond to verbal or written instructions for safety concerns and issues
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least 5 years previous experience of being a well-rounded maintenance mechanic
Advanced certifications in welding, electricity, or other related disciplines are desired

CNC Machinist, 1st & 2nd Shift
We currently have first and second shift opportunities for experienced CNC Machinists with G code programming experience, set up and run jobs including 5 axis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and run CNC machines – verticals, shuttles, bars, and 5 axis
Understand and select correct tooling
Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications
Ensure the CNC machines are operating at the highest level of productivity appropriate to the assigned project
Review set up sheets and specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence and dimensions
Assemble cutting tools in tool holders and position in machine spindles as specified using hand tools or insert cutting tools
Measure work piece for conformance to specification using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicator, and gages
Adjust machine speeds and feeds and change cutters to machine parts according to specifications
Responsible for keeping work are clean and neat

Tool Design Engineer, 1st Shift
Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the Tooling Design Engineer is responsible for working with the engineering department to design and assist in the release to manufacturing of quality designs.
Requirements:
2 year or 4 year mechanical design/engineering degree preferred
General Mechanical Aptitude
Ability to use 3d software (NX preferred)
Ability to read and create 2d drawings within a 3d environment
Attention to Detail/ability to follow instructions
Ability to manage time in an independent work environment
Understanding of machining processes
Use of Microsoft Office products

Qualifications:
A completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the trade
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in various stages of completion
Experience in Injection Molds desired but not necessary
Responsibilities:
Build new and repair existing molds
Work closely with design and CNC machine departments
Track and coordinate builds on the shop floor
Follow through sampling to complete a production ready mold
