Our onsite sampling capabilities allow us to provide our partners with a turnkey mold building experience. We have the equipment to test our molds onsite to verify in most cases production ready functionality as well as plastic part evaluation.  This capability saves our customers time and money and allows for a more efficient product development process.

Molding Machines:
• 4400 ton Krauss Maffie coinjection with 2 shot capability - up to a 70 lb shot
• 3000 ton Cincinnati – up to a 33 lb shot
• 1100 ton High speed/pressure Husky – up to a 15 lb shot
• 1000 ton Cincinnati - up to a 10 lb shot
• 750 ton Krauss Maffie with rotary platen and two shot capabilities
